 he program\, members learn how to set goals using the OKR (Objectives and K
 ey Results) method to align their efforts with measurable outcomes.\nThe Vi
 sibility Squad offers a collaborative environment where women can develop s
 kills\, gain confidence\, and navigate challenges together. By leveraging t
 his supportive network and structured approach\, members can amplify their 
 voices\, expand their networks\, and achieve greater recognition in their f
